Ella Suring is a California–based health coach with specialties in run, strength, and nutrition. Her experience is grounded in exercise science and shaped by years of hands-on coaching and personal training experience, her work emphasizes consistency, adaptability, and building strength and movement habits that support long-term health.

Ella’s own relationship with training has evolved over time. While running and structured training have played a central role in her athletic background, her current focus is on maintaining strength, movement quality, and overall well-being in a way that fits alongside work, relationships, and everyday life. This perspective informs her coaching style, prioritizing balance, injury prevention, and realistic progression over extremes.

With over five years of experience in the fitness and coaching space, Ella has worked both remotely and in person leading one-on-one and group classes. Her clients range from professional athletes to those looking to add movement into their life for the first time. She supports a wide range of goals, from building strength and improving general fitness to training consistently and safely for endurance pursuits. Her coaching integrates cardiovascular programming, functional strength training, nutrition guidance, and education to meet clients where they are and support progress over time.

As she continues to expand her training in behavior change and holistic health, her goal is to help clients develop sustainable routines and a positive relationship with movement and nutrition that evolves as their lives change.
